Rukundo AGIRA is a Field Support Engineer at Innovation Streams. He is a graduate of Computer Science from Mbarara University of Science and Technology and a Cisco Certified Network Associate / Professional.
Rukundo has a 3-years’ experience in Systems, Web, Network Design & Installation. He has excellent networking skills worked with different Network Vendor equipment’s such as Firewalls, routers, switches, cabling and among others.
At Innovation streams am responsible for timely, scheduled customer & technical support related trainings of the software to field staff and recommend effective solutions and improvements based on the customer feedback.
